@Turtlgurl96 If you can't do full-on pushups, try pushups from your knees. If you can't do those, then try knee pushups against a couch or some other raised surface. Optimally, you want to be on an angle where you can only do 10 or so before you're pretty tired. Try to do 2 sets a few minutes apart once every other day. It might feel weird to do knee pushups against a raised surface, but it uses the same muscles. When I started I couldn't do a single pushup, and I can now do 50 so keep at it.

wall sits are actually kindof alright if u take your mind off it, just grab your ds, or psp, and sit on that wall!!! i still dont last long though lmao
how do you guys workout exactly and how much? like afew hunred sit ups or push ups in a day?
