@EarOrgasm hi. It's a russian translation of the movie. In English it's roughly as follows: "It's good that I came here. I'm listening, but cannot hear, it's like somebody has come from heaven to embrace us all". He smiles because by the plot he is indeed an angel.

Nick Cave didn't wrote this song. Rowland S Howard and Simon Bonney did. The band is called Crime and the City Solution.
