@JCJasion thanks I spent 15 years working in the mussel industry taking care of them and cultivating them. If you go back go to one of the wharfs and talk to the mussel fisherman .

Having visited from the US back in 1993, I feel that the island has never lost its charm for me. If I can ever afford it, I will visit again. Maybe I shouldn't be spilling the beans on this but, the real kicker is that at Cavendish Beach, the Gulf Of Saint Lawrence, being sheltered and shallow waters, REALLY WARMS UP during the summertime, sometimes to 70 degrees F ( 21 degrees C) ! This is a wonderful place; a MAGICAL place !!!
PS: Also, you can't get better, sweeter mussels anywhere!

Please stop using the font "Monotype Corsiva" for PEI. It's boring and it doesn't suit Prince Edward Island well enough. Try a handwritten script instead.
