Jim was an extreme alcoholic, sometimes consuming between 4-5 bottles of whiskey a day. He also was using cocaine. In the later years he toned down on LSD and peyote. The story which is the most interesting is the fact that a club owner stated he came in and purchased drugs from dealers and overdose in the restroom.

Mind boggling that he drank what most people probably drink in one to two months. Like a bottle of scotch or vodka a day, six .. eight.. glasses of wine.. close to two dozens beers, in ONE day.  Wow where does the madness end? I love to drink but sheez I dont look good as a pickle.
