MUSHROOM FRIED RICE
3 tbsp Ching's Secret all in one sauce
1 tbsp Ching's Secret Soy sauce
1 tsp Chings Secret Red Chilli Sauce
2 cups boiled rice
½ cup mushrooms chopped
1 Carrot, chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 capsicum chopped
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 Spring onion, chopped
1 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in wok (deep frying pan) on a high flame. Add vegetables and stir fry for two minutes. Add boiled rice, all in one sauce and soy sauce and spring onion and stir fry for next two minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
