i think she is wearing some sort of eyelid tape, well not tape but those glue types that you just draw on where you would want the curve to be and let it dry. ( eg. 1:20 - 1:31 also during wearing eyeshadow ) but nothings wrong with wearing them. the focus of this video is on the look anyways.
