insane pkers not like now where u have the prayer on the side and you can see it. hes loseing a prayer point evry seconds and he dosnt know when hes just about to lose all of his points. What pkers then did was calculate how much prayer points they lost evry 20 seconds and they esitmated how far into a fight they were in to and could drink a p pot evry 30 secs or so.

I took it with me for extra defence, being a runepure means that alot of the time, when an opponent pulls out a spec weapon you get koed, so whenever they do i pull out the shield for the extra defence, plus it was untradeable so i could come back and pick it up.
