  • @steviebboy69 I'm the opposite. I eat fresh garden veggies while they are in season and eat preserved foods and sprouts in the winter. Mostly sourkraut and kimchi and sprouts of all sorts.

  • @typeclash hi,

i guess lots of people do have a large bulk of their diet in sprouted seeds. and our sprouter makes this easy.

i dont have a large amount just enough for salad or sandwich or the like.

  • @steviebboy69 I've started strouting a couple of weeks ago. Do you think its realistic to keep a large bulk of your food intake from sprouts long term using a variety of seeds, beans, lentils etc

  • @typeclash i guess i eat more in the warmer weather. not much fun eating sprouts in a cold winter house. but i guess a handfull or 2 of mixed sprouts.

  • @steviebboy69 So how much sprouts do you eat per day?

  • i have one of these, i got the plans for it. ive had it for about 8 years now and worked well. i run mine off the washing machine tap through a y adaptor. mine drains into a bucket as well. only a few times i have forgot to empty it and it overflowed onto the laundry floor. apart from that it works well. i have 3 of them made.
