Well, I don't remember him taking the helmet off in any of the episodes I've seen so far; and I'm up to... I think #54 or 55.

Actually Allo does take it off in a few episode's, but he doesn't have any problem what so ever.
He keeps it on for 2 reasons.
1: Because his teal helmet is his trade mark.
2: For identification because if you sore Allo without his helmet you would'nt recognise him. Trust me on that.

It's amazing how society on reptilon is so similar to that of Earth. They've even got those swamp skimmers, like we do! Only dinosaucer sized. :)
And now, Bronto Thunder thinks he's Superman... uhh... Superdino! ;P

Hehe. I'm pretty sure that is a reference. Both were released in 1987, but it seems too unlikely for that not to be a Jaws reference. ^_^ GOod catch.
