  • wish I had looked at this before replacing my rear wheel on my 20 year old Miele bike. Dropouts make it very difficult. Only took my an hour and lots of profanity though :)

  • THANK you! I bought a brand new trainer from someone at a local bike shop today... The guy also sold me a trainer wheel/tire and told me that I would have no problem changing out between the trainer and the regular tire. I got home and tried it and couldn't get it to work at all. I was livid. Not only at myself for allowing this guy to sell me the stuff without SHOWING me how to do it - but also because I couldn't find anything online to show me how to do this. Your video saved me Thanks!
