@thedagonjones What Jephthah did to his daughter was wrong but the problem was his vow that he made. As for the blood sacrifice, In Christianity God has to forgive sin by shedding blood, hence why Jesus died. Also there is no record of Christmas or Easter mentioned in the New Testament.

Saw Osteen last week, friend wanted to go. Exactly as John says, it is a message that appeals to people, because it is what they want to hear. Ear tickling. The message never changes, the format never changes, no a word in it that convicts or teaches.
