Eruption by Van Halen

Me noodling around with Eruption by Van Halen. I was checking out a bunch of Mullard 12AX7's and one sounded more brown than any mullard I have ever heard. So I had to record it using my laptop mic. Enjoy it.

I'm surprised at how good that thing sounds at that volume level. 100 watts and you can still hear the strings! That's well below .5 lol

@fender51503 Its a Laney Pro Tube series. Likely a modded 100 watt into an old early 70's basketweave that's seen better days.
