Cali has enough problems with 2 trailers on our nice dry roads! You think the GOVERNATOR would allow 3 trailers when he is chief idiot on the road with his hummer? 3 trailers bouncing and falling apart on every pothole they've promised to fix for the last 64 years? Yeah! That'll solve the budget crisis! We need more broken springs to run over on the road so we pay more FET on new tires! Borrow Lots, Borrow often, Borrow China!
