HaLeigh Cummings: COBRA Staubs Introduces Timothy Holmseth

In April, 2009, William 'COBRA' Staubs contacted Timothy Charles Holmseth, a reporter from Minnesota. Staubs said he needed someone to un-cover the criminal activity going on amidst the search for HaLeigh Cummings. In time, Holmseth discovered Staubs was involved. Staubs began to appear on radio shows and slander the honest reporter. In December of 2009, after Holmseth questioned Florida Attorney Kim Picazio using information he had partially obtained from Staubs; Staubs' threatened Holmseth and his four year-old son. Here is Staubs in his own words as he describes Timothy Charles Holmseth in May of 2009.
