(Part2)Not only so, the Japanese Army has avoided attacks on the Safety Zone and the historical sites such as Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, risking the increase of casualties, even though such indiscriminate attacks to a 'Defense city' were permitted.
After that, John Rabe wrote a letter. This is the letter from the International Committee to Japanese Commander Matsui.

(Part6) The Chinese government tells lies a lot in their history. For instance The Tiananmen massacre, the atomic bomb test in Uyghur, dominated the Tibetan, they fabricated a girl gymnast age in the Beijing Olympic and the Nanking incident.
Dont believe the Chinese government propaganda. They are cowards.

(Part4) However, mass media in the world was dimly aware that the Chinese government was lying. The Brooklyn Daily Eagle, which was the U.S.A newspaper, reported the Japanese engaged in rescue work on June 16. Moreover, in UK, they showed the Chinese announcement, which was the Japanese troops broke the bank, were unreasonable for them. Also, El Diario Vasco in Spain broadcasted that the Chinese troops tried to create Noah's Ark.

(Part3) Some Chinese young men helped the Japanese troop. The Japanese airplane dropped survival kits and building materials for the bank, however, the Chinese troops shot the people for picking up them. Also, while the Japanese and Chinese civilians were working for the bank, the Chinese shot their guns for them. The former Chinese government announced that the Yellow River Flood was caused by Japanese. They told outrageous lies.

(Part1)The 1938 Yellow River flood was a flood created by the Nationalist Government in central China during the early stage of the Second Sino-Japanese War in an attempt to halt the rapid advance of the Japanese forces. As a result, the course of the Yellow River was diverted southwards for nine years afterward, inundating 54,000 km² (21,000 square miles) of local provinces. All in all, the flood waters took an estimated 500,000 lives.
