In this episode, GomoMan has come forward to challenge Gondol after the later has implemented the backseat passenger seat belt ruling. Gondol argue that the rule is for human safety and will issue summon to those who break the new law.
However, the car is only fitted with 3 back seat belt. There will be a problem for those with many children. Therefore, Gondol will not issue any summon for the 4th passenger.
Is Gondol really care for the safety or is he just trying to create more income from summon? Let's watch how GomoMan react.
