You CAN BBQ indoors. I am new to BBQ so I LOVE your stuff Bigmista, but I think you can BBQ indoors. I read about it in the book "Smoke and Spice." Its a new thing.

This type of smoker is called "Stovetop Smoking" and its the newest rage. It has its issues, the lowest possible cooking temps are between 275 and 300 degrees. It works for some types of meat like Pork Chops, Flank Steak, many types of sea food, ect. I dont own one, so I cant give you a personal testimony.
