HELP A DEAF DOG GET SOME OFF LEASH FREEDOM!!!

Meet Brock! He is our 4 month old American Bulldog Puppy! He was born deaf due to his genetics - which is pretty common in all white/mostly white dogs with blue eyes. Brock actually has 1 Blue eye and 1 Green/Gray Eye! He is a sweet, commited dog, honestly the best dog I have ever met. He tries so hard!!

We are trying to raise money to get Brock a "Dogtra" Dog Pager that VIBRATES on his neck to let him know when I need his attention to give him a hand signal command. Also, it is a huge help with letting him know that he may be in danger, or he needs to stop something when he is not looking right at me.

Brock is doing great with his hand signal training! I only got him a week ago, but the progress he has made is unbelieveable!! I do talk with him always mostly because its habit, but also so he can see me say the words "SIT" and "PAW" so when I mouth them with a hand signal he is less likely to get the signal confused with something else.
