Not that I hate Barbara Dickson....I love her. Genuinely. No, I really do. The older I get the more I love her as a singer. And I really DON'T believe she has a house in Meldablamavia. I don't believe it. She's Scottish born and Scottish bred. Thanx Barbara!!

Yeah, she comes from an era where singers actually had to be able to sing to a high standard .Also songs were written for the purpose of competing against other songs in the competitive singles market .The result was that we were treated to better music performed by accomplished musicians and which were written by excellent writers at the peak of their focus !
