"old school" as you say , is the true form of this art, not the modern movements of today, yes it is similar but i can guarantee you that a person which was taught old school will demolish a modern taught fighter

It is true that the school is old but the techniques are very much advance! i know you cant fight among our Eskrimadors that is why yo get bored and tired, remember all new come from the old!

His 89th birthday party was celebrated this past Friday at a Chinese restaurant in Reseda, CA. He looks much better than he did when he got off the plane in June! That long flight is really hard. Anyways, he is a great man and will never retire.

Does anyone know how old this video? I just discovered this website and I can't believe Noy Cacoy still in good shape. The last time I saw was probably 14-15 years ago when I used to live in C-padilla. When my brother learned Judo/Eskrima from Noy Cacoy and become a Trainer. I asked my brother to teach me what he had learned and he would because he was afraid of me kicking his butt, especially we used to fight when we were a kid. Anyway, keep the good work Noy Cacoy, and you look great.
