  • Love your vids, i've been watching your videos for a long time, and they have helped me in my journey so much.

In less than 3 years, I went from couch to regularly competing in triathlons. To start running, I'd try the C25K program. It is great at not letting you overdo it - which was always my tendency. Keep those sneakers on the road, there is no feeling like it!

  • HEY GIRL IVE REVIEWED YOUR MOODS IN YOUR RECENT VIDEOS SINCE SRS AND I FEEL YOUR DEPRESSION IS NOT COMING FROM POST OP PAIN BUT RATHER FROM A DRASTIC HORMONAL CHANGE IN YOUR BODY SINCE THE DRASTIC LOSS OF TESTASTERONE SINCE SRS, BLOCKERS ONLY BLOCK SO MUCH LOL. NOW U HAVE TRULY LOWERED THE TESTOSTERONE SO WIT THAT COMES DEPRESSION, IVE SEEN THIS MOODINESS IN ALOT OD POST OPS, I THINK NOW IS THE TIME TO UP THAT ESTROGEN INTAKE TO MAKE YOURSELF HAPPIER, LOL. JUST UNTIL THINGS GET ADJUSTED IN BODY

  • Going through all of this myself, your videos are always of great help, and I sure want to see your games and listen to your music. Let us know and share with us how you are doing, no matter if it is exciting or not. You are always an inspiration.

    Love Charlene

  • My hero and inspiration. Blessed be. Kayci G.

  • Thanks for the update Samantha, I have really missed your videos. Hope your recovery continues on a positive note....you deserve it. Hugs Jamie :)

  • Samantha, I am sorry to hear about the pain. It does take a long time to heal and granualtion is not fun at all. I went through with dialation in later months.

I'm glad you are assuming control of your life again. We have to be careful and mindful of when depression settles in stealth mode. We are our own best judge of where we are and how we feel. I look forward to seeing more of you in the future. Ten year reunion damn yer getting old,,hehe

  • *waves & smiles* good to see you Samantha, glad you're still here and updating us. sorry to hear you had such a rough summer and been in a lot of pain, so glad you're getting out of it. you're so right that it takes work for many of us to be happy, and ya, it's worth it :) me & my wife think you're sweet and sooo cute! Natasha

  • Starting with gratitude and seeing the beauty and mystery in life seems like a good place to begin a journey of self empowerment. Thanks for sharing, and best wishes on all your projects. Speaking of self empowerment my friend and I are going to be doing empowerment drum support groups for LGBTQ homeless youth. What do you feel is empowering? Is it belief that you can better your situation? Is it making healthy choices? Is it about relationships or job choices? Thanks,

    Kara
