@jeathy I havent tried that one yet... :-(

@chukkoi How about the Citibank Premier Miles Card? Is it hard to redeem miles using that?
-
@chukkoi not on Korean Air!

@jeathy That's why i chose to take the 2-flight route- to make the most out of the award ticket's value, hahaha! As of the moment, I use Continental OnePass (now Mileage Plus under merger with United), Delta Skymiles (used to be easy in redeeming miles, not anymore) and PAL's Mabuhay Miles. U can earn miles by flying and like what I do, enrol at e-miles (survey for miles) and I transfer miles with permission from relatives who fly but dont redeem their points. ;-)

@chukkoi Well, if that's the case where both the straight and 2-flight route have the same worth of miles needed, then even I would take the two flight route. Can I ask what your card is? I also want to signup for one. Mine's just for Asiana and Star Alliance. I also want to explore other airlines. Thanks! ;)

@jeathy Like what I wrote in my vid's description, I'd go for a 2 flight route because I WANT TO, not because I dont like PAL or what. I love PAL. For the same miles needed to redeem a direct flight, I'd take an itinerary which stops by another city as sidetrip. Again, because I want to. Some people only see one route to get from one place to another. I see more than a thousand ways to get there. And u dont have to be rich to afford such trip, just have a broader mind.
I had Bibimbap in economy 4 times going AKL-LHR and - it was honestly the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten! It was economy though so...
