If a human was kicked he would he behind bars but if it's a helpless animal it's suddenly ok to do that??? That guy should be fired or even better put in a pit with a dog with rabies so it would bite him and make him go insane and record it and put it on YouTube of him humping a tree and call it crazy man makes a tree pregnant

He would deserve every bit of it. What i find even more disturbing is how someone with such a short temper is allowed to wear a badge. Just saying those are the kind of cops that have little reguard for people as well. As soon as they don`t get their way or someone does not listen exactly to the, so too do they attack people. Some cops seem to derive much joy in seeing others suffer. For them to say it is not considered personal misconduct is just puzzling. As if they support his actions ???
