Red belt ceremony means he is going from orange to red.
In this type of Karte (ogonazi or something like this) it is: white - yellow - orange -red - green -blue, brown (not 100% sure from here on), brown-black or brown/blue and black.

This is Seibukan Karate I recognize the counting to ten. When I did it for a mere month or so when I was 7 if I remember correctly the belt ranking then was white, green, brown, black. Course that was around 1985 or 1986 so it is bound to have been changed.

Seriously, this karate is very poor. No offense, but there should be much more quality in the ranks of orange up. I was a very disappointed with what I saw here.
The Red Belt Pr0m0ti0n was for the 10th-Dan Black Belt . . . I was surprise by this video.... s0rry n0 0ffense but We were better than th0se kids when we were in their ranks....( Nabi lang, St0ryahee )

@aljonzc Definetly no dan - it's just the 3rd level. 1 1/2 year commitment by a six year old.
We are not showing off here. This is a family video that illustrates a Karate ceremony. If you like what you see, you may go for this sport.
