Each person is much stronger and smarter than his/her emotions.

Whenever someone succeeds at getting us upset or angry, we must have the will to switch back our thinking. In the state of anger or frustration, people think in terms of fears, failure, losing face, and defeat. In our state of confidence, we think about the success and results that we want - and feel good about it.

It does not matter how skillful or committed other people are - when they meddle with our mind - we need to do only one thing. We must think right. We must think about the good things we really want - the things which will make our life better or more fulfilled.

It does not matter how strong other people try to prove to us, we do not need to prove we can break their good thinking pattern - and turn them into a lousy or stupid person. We do not need to prove we can turn anyone against himself/herself.

Personal powers and strength, mental stamina and spiritual toughness must never be used in the wrong way - to make other people think in negative ways and against themselves or the world.

Then we know we can focus on thinking about what we want - and use all our personal powers, strength, stamina, and toughness to do the right things, which are the good and wonderful things.

We can always do the right thing by not using our negative thinking state against other people. Some people may be succeed in making us angry or upset. But our only task is to change back our thinking state. There is no need to use our negative state to deal with those people.

We can exercise and put our body into rigorous movements - with the purposes to make us stronger and healthier. These kind of movements transform our feelings and emotional states - we can finally get back to thinking about what we really want and feel good again.

It may takes time. It may take us to exercise patience and resilience. But when we take the right direction and commitment in turning our thinking to focus on the good things that we want, we can be proud of ourselves.

Other people may not stop - but that does not mean we should give up the right way. This principle is worthwhile regardless of the persons who want to provoke us.
