Keep up the good fight for your son! I will certainly keep you both in my prayers. Just don't ever give up. IF you do, that is when they (mom, and the court system) will accuse you of "not caring or careless" or called "dead beat". Unfortunately this is a game. It is NOT about the children, but money. I will certainly sign any petition for you and your son.

Hello Bob, I'm so sorry to hear what the family courts are doing to you and your poor children. This MUST stop. My child suffered severe physical abuse by his biological mom when he was only 2 years old. I was there. I got my son and I out. While I attempted to get out, I was stabbed w/knife by her - she felt so entitled to do so since I was "taking HER kid away" and "she could do anything she wanted to HER kid". I TRIED get authorities involved. GEARY CO. Kansas.

You will get your son back. Perseverance. Ask what you can do in order to get custody back. They do not look into stuff for the dads unless you call a lot. Over and over again. I hate it but that is how it goes.

We are collaborating and help is on the way. Corrupt Family Court Machine is a threat to humanity, Careers Product contributors and thereby dooms U.S. Economy. All Govt cares about is money - if we can show the connection between doomed stimulus implementation & destroyed American Work Force - Obama Administration will have to take action - cut the funding or take responsibility for cross cultural genocide. I hope GA former Senator Schaefer runs for President. I'd work for her campaign free
