Scariest Parts of [REC] 2007- english subtites

[REC] is a Spanish horror movie that was made in 2007 and is shot from the view of a video camera. The movie tells a story of a reporter, Angela Vidal and camera-man Pablo, and how they follow a fireman crew into a building where a deadly virus is spreading. Local Police seal off the building completely so that no infected people can escape. The virus is spread by saliva and turns humans into bloodthirsty beings. For me, this film was one of the scariest that are out there. Here I've got 3 scary scenes that made me jump (by the end i was watching it without sound. You have to consider that the film builds up tension from the beginning and is far more scary if you watch the full version.
