Try workin at a Private prison dealing with federal inmates ( cartel guys , border jumpers etc ) for 10 dollars an hour . On top of that the training is a 2 week joke . The training consists of two former tdcj ranks talking shit to you're class for two weeks . Ladies and gentlemen , im beggin you , please steer clear of private prisons / jails .

TDCJ can kiss my ass . I am so tierd of tdcj bosses comming into the private prison i work for and actin like they run the fuckin show . It don't even have tdcj offenders housed there anymore . So the tdcj rules DO NOT apply anymore . Most tdcj rank are so full of their own shit its pathetic . I said most , not all . My experience in corrections has been this : if you don't fit their cookie cutter image , they won't teach you shit and will throw you to the wolves to learn the hard way .

Im only 21 and the money I make from tdcj is good for my age. Ill be damned if I let inmates manipulate my mind and persuade me to bring in contraband. My mom has Bern there for 15 years also and had no problems.
