In 5-2, just run through the Licker-infested hallway all the way to the end. Make sure you have a shotgun, sniper, pistol, or whatever. Grenades work too if you stocked up on them. Have Sheva pull out sniper/machine gun, and go to town on them. You will obtain 5 Lion Hearts each run. Quite a good bit of dough!
