In this dissection of a fixed male cadaver I highlight the continuity of the respiratory diaphragm and the transversus abdominis muscle tissue, with a footnote to Leslie Kaminoff of The Breathing Project ( http://www.breathingproject.org ). Footage is partly excerpted from my DVD, The Integral Anatomy Series, Vol. 3: Cranial and Visceral Fasciae, available at http://www.gilhedley.com Thank you for watching!

  • I have no idea what he's talking about, but this looks very interesting.

  • why does he keep laughing??

  • I feel awkward now.

  • thank you for this video! It visualises the haemodynamic pump fonction from the diaphragme (breathing) on the viscerae for me.

  • Is this a preserved or unpreserved cadaver? So much information vanishes in the preservation process!!!
