He is SO CUTE! I remember seeing him in his Disney Channel movies, and he was still really cute back then. And he was the voice of the my favorite cartoon character (T.J. Detweiler in Recess, who in my opinion, is a really cute little character, and he looks kinda like a shorter, chubbier version of Andy)
