This is a great triceps exercise that is for people who are more advanced. 3 sets of 10 repetitions is probably difficult enough. If you can do a lot more then that add some weight to safe some time and get better results!

  • can you do one for lower back and upper back thanks

  • @ku42 Can't really think of a better exercise for the upper back then pull ups. There is not really a replacement for that exercise. For the lower back you can do deadlifts if you have weigths or do hyperextentions on the floor.
