I fucking hate this .. why is your opponent allowed to SHUFFLE your deck?! .. a SIMPLE cut is all that is required .. and should be all that is allowed.

Looks super dodgy to me.
Point one - while shuffling, the bottom card of the deck is pretty much always visible to the shuffler
Point two - the shuffles being performed are never changing the top of the deck
Part two b - the top of the deck does ony gets changed when the cards visible on the bottom get cut to the top.
By the time the deck is presented, the top packet is nothing but what the shuffler wants to be there.
