Great small board = wood cutting board, with no handle or hole in it. Should be able to find them easily. I will probably make a washable muslin cover. I am curious how you attached the wood to your folding table from costco for a bigger board. Or did you just put the canvas over the table with tape on the back & no wood at all? Let us know. Thanks for posting..
I feel like I have won the lottery! Sharon, another fabulous lesson and I thank you so much for giving this to us... Will have to find another use for my mushy ironing board. Thank you so much.
FABULOUS!!! Love your videos. You teach in a way that is so easy to follow. Speaking slowly and clearly....a joy to listen to. I look forward to returning to your site to learn more from you. Thank you for taking the time, patience and effort to make these great videos for all of us to enjoy.
Sharon calls the batting "cotton"; it goes over the wood and under the canvas.
I used a folding table from Walmart for mine. It's really convenient to have right at the sewing machine.

Also wondering where batting fits in?

Looks easy enough but where does the batting come in? I suspect it would go under the canvas in order to pad the surface for pinning purposes?

Just finished making a press board using the instructions in this video. It really looks great, and was very easy to do.
I think I'll use Sharon's instructions to cover an old tv tray also.
Kudo's to Sharon for making this video.
