T.V. News report on Torez - house of horrors

This broadcast is by Ukrainian T.V. station trying to report on the conditions in the Torez Invalid House for orphan children. Unfortunately, a massive 'cover-up' has started. Show depicts the cover-up at this facility, fraudulent documents, lack of care of children, and the director trying to squirm his way out of the exposed truth. Director of the Torez facility reports that he does not receive enough governmental funds, though governmental officials report differently.....but now have funds for new carpets, new table linens, and more..so where is the money? And why are so many children dying at a 'invalid hospital', where they are supposed to get special treatment to HELP them, not harm them... .unbelievable...wouldn't it be wonderful if it were sincere! And where is starving Anatolyi and the rest???? We commend Natasha for boldly standing up to the criticism of the Director, and telling the truth of the 'house of horrors.'
