This particular episode helped me wake up and get in shape in a few months! I was so disappointed when my network channel cancelled and I couldnt see this anymore. Where can I get this same exact episode on DVD? And what is the exact title? I am almost 40 weeks pregnant and ready to get back in shape. I love Cathe!
