I can relate to problems with Dell I just spent months arguing with them to fix, replace or refund my money on my machine. As consumers we need to stick together and fight with the big companies that keep selling us bad products for more money. Keep pestering them, don't give up and keep asking them to escalate your complaint. Eventually, if you fight hard enough they will make things right, but it is an uphill battle. I'm curious, Young Man, what do you plan to buy next? I need options.

pfff i'm a dell costumor for like 5 years and they are fantastic! When I bought my last laptop the studio 1558 and they sey it could take over 3 weeks they brought in 3 days! And they gave me a new 600 euro motherboard! for my laptop
