Very nice idea! It's funny... i often use the same "1988 version" or "1988 edit" to remix my own songs in a retro style :p

@Wyldstylist Cheers dude. It's probably because nearly all the kit I use is actually from the 80s! No computer in The Fozman's studio, just classic synths, a 23-year-old midi sequencer and other gear. I'm proper oldskool, me.

@the1fozman Sounds nice I didnt know that , im using VST instruments myself ... Theres a guy called synthjunk here on youtube that uses hardware only and is into controlling the machine stuff sounds like synthpop on extasy =) However I find very little of the 80s mixes out on youtube like lady gaga opposing front and italodisco mixes Marisa machado digimax remix or the dying diva 80s mix look em up you might like em :)
