  • I started today, Aug 1. I tangled my arms and legs and tripped on my tongue! How onderful I can only get better. I have not done a global sadhana before and am excited to have the support to increase my own radianc, that of my fellow yogis and the world.........................­....

  • Thank you very much for sharing this video on the Kriya. I enjoy doing it as well as teaching it to my students. However, I have one problem.....Could you tell me how do I teach this post if my student has knee problem. They love this kriya but the one with old knee injury encountered pain and find it difficult to balance.
