I'm certainly no expert after 25+ dives, but even I can see your tank too low on back, too much clutter about person, your bouyancy control is lacking and the cord could strangle you if you'd have put any more air in the lift bag....
I'm not trolling but this is a bit of a mess

This shows up some serious defficiencies in this person's trg. That loose chord could well be an accodent in the making...wrapped around the deflator button, whipping 2nd stage out of mouth, wrapping around neck...the list goes on.
This is an indusrty that cannot tollerate such casual approaches to the sport as this diver is displaying.
