really great!

great!!!! ive notice the ramrod is too noisy, perhaps, trying to make them softer, the result of the sound can be much better and less damage for the pads. Its just an observation, congratulations nice DIY!!

but the wood has foam core and shock system. so when the sticks hit they should have some bounce. its like trying to hammer a nail in o a wood block.. but the wood block is on something soft. so the block bounces and the nail doesnt go in.
nice drums.. nice accent and nice guy. wish I could build them myself. would be nice.
i think tom toms are at a a bad angle but that may be my opinion

maybe find some hard rubber sticks to drum with? those woodensticks sound to clicky, to loud on the rubber surface. since they don't surve a purpose anymore with regular skinned drums, rubber sticks couldbe a alternative? anyway thumbs up , kudos man, great DIY kit, cool drumming!
