  • I like for them to be white and smoth. So I guess its to do both. I want all of the brown stuff and small roots off. With just a few peppers the brine is not spicy.

    I love your video! I have a tip for you! My mom tells me that when you make this you shouldn't tear the leaves. This produces a bad smell during the fermenting process! Use a knife instead. (:

  • Are you scraping the radish to peel it or clean it? Is the brine spicy from the jalapenos? Looks good!
