Laser Tattoo Removal by Medispa Institute in Houston, TX.
http://www.medispainstitute.com/menu_laser_tattoo.html
This is the second session of laser tattoo removal for this particular tattoo. I have posted the first treatment session as well. Because it's the second treatment, you don't see as much whitening of the tattoo. The whitening occurs when there is more ink and the ink is closer to the surface of the skin. Nonetheless you should see some fading as the laser hits the tattoo pigment, and the patient can certainly feel it. He reports some pain but it is not excruciating. This is a new tattoo - just 5 months old, done in black ink. There is significant fading already after the first session. The laser tattoo removal was performed using a q-switched 1064nm laser, the fastest tattoo removal laser on the market, the C6 Hoya Conbio.

  • lol the guy is like "yeah... huh... yeah.../sigh.."

btw when i did my first treatment i didnt notice any huge difference, is that normal?

  • normally for professional tats, you don't see much difference after the first 2-3 treatments.

  • are the results better with professional tattoos OLDER than 5 months? I've read somewhere that 5-10 year old tattoos can be removed more easily...

  • yes, old tattoos are tattoos that are 10 years old or more. by then the pigment is already breaking down so it is easier to remove the pigment. newer tattoos are harder to remove because the ink binds more tightly to the skin and because new pigment doesn't break down as quickly.
