its not a cult. you have to organized to be considered a cult. jytte and else marie have no idea what they are doing. ever talk to a volunteer after the program? not working for them now? 3 months fund raise, 1 month cleaning, a few weeks cooking costco food and a month of meetings and some where in between the volunteers are supposed to learn a language. the time and money spent for the organization could already get you to africa and back with safari trips for a month. else marie IS CRAZY!!!!

It seems like yesterday that I was there for the tenth anniversary. It looks like amazingly little has changed. They've even still got the big red lawnmower which was on its last legs in 1998.
