I was not Impressed, the loaf looks like the top was too light, and it looks like it cam out of a bread mach.

Could you tell me if your mixing paddle on this model has any free play when it iis fitted on the spindle... mine doesn't seem to fit snuggle on the spindle and appears that it may be missing a collar which holds it firmly onto this spindle - thanks for you help!
