Benny & Harumi Remake, danced by Arika & Denys

This video was taken during the Juilliard Fresman Dance Initiation Performance. Freshman dancers Arika and Denys danced a movement study that my friend Harumi and I choreographed during our Freshman year.

Of course, they added a little bit more spice and entertainment for their Seniors. Enjoy the dramatic dancing, cheers, and laughter!

Dancers and dance-fans: Don't take this seriously. It's just for FUN... so don't deeply analyze it!

I loved that you chose to wear simple clothing so we could focus on the beautiful dancing. The choreography was wonderful. Try tenuating the moves a bit more to add more dimension. You both seem more than capable. I have to admit that I'm not a fan of dancing for the audiences approval. It shouldn't be about the applause but about the intention. Good work
