During Obama's primary election , he tried to make HIllary Clinton look like some evil animal by forcing manditory health insurance on us. Now that this exactly what he is trying to do. We don't even know if he can legally be president and he is selling out America as fast as he can.
Involuntary servitude is a United States legal and constitutional term for a person laboring against that person's will to benefit another, under some form of coercion. While laboring to benefit another occurs in the condition of slavery, involuntary servitude does not necessarily connote the complete lack of freedom experienced in chattel slavery; involuntary servitude may also refer to other forms of unfree labor. Involuntary servitude is not dependent upon compensation or its amount.

The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution makes involuntary servitude illegal under any U.S. jurisdiction whether at the hands of the U.S. government or in the private sphere, except as punishment for a crime: "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."
Less than 15% of U.S. voters support, and 53% oppose, a proposal pushed by health insurers requiring every American to provide proof of private health insurance or face tax penalties or other fines, according to a new poll. The poll, conducted by Consumer Watchdog, also found that by just under a two-to-one margin voters favor requiring a return on taxpayer-funded research that leads to new medical treatments or prescription drugs.
President-elect Obama opposed policies requiring all Americans to buy private health insurance coverage, the so-called "individual mandate," as a candidate.

  • Good video, man. And good talking points. I agree with you. I choose not to participate in the system too much. I have a small cash business, I stay away from banks and their tools of trade like ATM cards, debit cards. I also talk to 500 customers a year about the Constitution and how it is being disrespected by our elected leaders. I am pissed off.

  • Please find out why we needed the 18th Amendment to have Prohibition?

If you can answer that you might answer why this whole mandatory health insurance law is wrong!!!

  • You say it violates the 14th amendment while what is written on your presentation is

the explanation of the 13th amendment.

  • Doesn't Medicare denied more then half of all claims? That's the Government.

  • Dear Senator Casey,

Give up on your totalitarian act of mandatory health insurance.

I'm thinking of flying my flag at half mast or up side down until they take mandatory health insurance off the health care plate.

Obama claimed that he was against mandatory health insurance now he wants to fine me and put me in jail if I don't buy it or pay the fine. I guess they will shoot me to death too if I resist arrest for something unconstitutional. Now that's Change! :(

  • WASHINGTON Americans would be fined up to $3,800 for failing to buy health insurance under a plan that circulated in Congress on Tuesday as divisions among Democrats undercut President Barack Obama's effort to regain traction on his health care overhaul.

    Those Bastards!!!
