@volcom1722 thanks for the help volcom but I bought the add on called UTX not long after I posted this request, it has the lights and a whole lot more, I highly recommend it. If you watch any of my videos on my channel you will see some of those effects. :-)

all i want is the 3d model lights on the city. I have REX and it provides adequate land textures to airports. However, I'll be damned if I can find an add on with just the 3D model lights shining from the city streets. Does anyone know of a program anywhere that has just the lights? Payware or shareware? Thanks in advance
