If this bill is passed it would give jurisdiction of all water to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Learn what a watershed is and how to stop this dangerous bill. For more information check out www.nationalwaterconservation.org. ( The number to reach your Senator is (202) 224-3121 we are trying to fix it in the video. Sorry for the typo)

Only the beginning. People are silly saying we will have control of anything.

For nearly three decades, The Clean Water Act was interpreted broadly by the our courts to provide protection to all the waters of the United States, seasonal streams and wetlands as well as lakes and large rivers. This protection was removed by two supreme court decisions. This bill is Congress's effort to restore protections to all waters of the United States.

This video makes a good point. All water is connected and the things that happen on our private property affects other people. I don't want some schmo polluting me or my loved ones. I hope the government stops them from doing that, whether it's the EPA or some other agency.

Your video makes me want to vote for this bill. Your examples of watersheds are so ridiculous that it shows you are clearly not skilled enough to manage your part of your watershed.

So, in layman's terms, this EPA wants to control everything (using the word 'watershed' to shroud everything.)That's impossible in my opinion. How could a single agency control everything? The manpower required is impossible. Of course, this could be true, but they'll probably fail doing it. If I still lived in America I'd wash my car in the driveway and take a piss on my lawn just to spite the bastards who think they control my shit.
BTW: Hi Timone!

There are a lot of new rules that Seattle and other cities are imposing...it may only be the beginning.

Obama I think supports it 100%.
This already happened in Seattle. The EPA restricts people from washing their cars on their driveways or should I say... the EPA's driveways.

By your definition wouldn't all of North America be a watershed? Now saying the EPA will have control of this is implying a lot of things. Are you saying they would control all decisions in regards to every watershed? For some reason I have trouble believing this bill would grant that kind of control. This would suggest giving the EPA more control than our President. Ya i question this... but whoever has that lawn in the video keeps that shit Green. Respect.
