I've lost 35 lbs on tangy tangerine & one world whey. I don't feel hungry any more. It's great. & I haven't changed what I eat.

@dimeuno My comments are solely based on this Alex Jones' complete interview. In particular Aaron's statements.

My understanding coming out of watching the two recent series of videos with Ben Fuchs was that I'd have to in fact increase my food intake, not decrease it, and I would probably be eating a lot more protein, and replacing a lot of the more sugary fruits with vegetables.
I don't recall him describing a way of living that would cause a person to starve, in fact it sounded like a diet that would increase muscle mass, lessen unhealthy stores of fat, and keep you sharp during the day.

@dimeuno Yeah, I watched it live.
Alex definitely seriously needs to lose weight but it must be done the best way. This aint it. I'm sure he gets some money for promoting this product but again I applaud him for trying other healthy ways.
By the way,the Kenyans eat.Usually 5 times a day. So benny is wrong. But this is the usa & it is up to everyone to do their due diligence because we all have a right to earn a living though not always for the consumers best interest.

I lost 21 pounds following Pharmacist Fuchs' advise; keeping a diary of what you eat, the side effects of what you eat and what to avoid eating next time, and dietary supplemants. Listen to what your body is telling you and adjust your diet accordingly.

As well it has been well documented that animals of all species are dieing at similar rates in all parts of the world.
Are these events -worldwide increase and prevalence of animal deaths and cancer rates- related to the same cause? Could it be something from our atmosphere?

Alex Jones says later in this series of videos that he's going to go gung-ho on the program as described by Dr. Ben Fuchs. Says his goal is to get to 180 pounds quite quickly on the program, hopefully with results similar to what he's seeing happen to Aaron Dykes, who's only been following steadily for a few months 2-4 of 8 of what Ben calls in his system of teaching the eight chapters (which could also be called the eight categories or divisions) of health.
Good luck to him.

Actually cancer is found everywhere in the world at higher rates then you would think. Here is just one link I've come across showing this trend:

in the days of colonization of the Americas, Europe wasnt trash only the two biggest cities, back than, namely: Paris and London, the rest of Europe was pretty tide, most of the people who left Europe decided so because they were harassed of their religion, or were criminals, or simply poor, oh and a few opportunists, just for the protocol.
